Shipping Time

Some products in the store are stored in Japanese warehouses and will take about 7 to 14 working days to be shipped after placing an order. Please pay attention to the product description before placing an order. Products that are not marked as "Japan Direct Shipping" can generally be shipped on the next shipping date.

Local Orders

Local orders can be sent by SF Express or picked up at our physical store.

If you choose SF Express, you can enjoy free shipping when you order over $600 within two weeks. Delivery is arranged every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday (if it is a public holiday, it will be postponed to the next working day), and the cut-off time is 12:00 noon on the shipping day. It is estimated to arrive about 1 to 3 working days after sending it out. If there are many orders during festivals or force majeure natural disasters, shipments may be delayed.

If you choose to visit the physical store for self-pickup, we will issue a pick-up notice after the order is ready. After receiving the notice, please come to the store to pick it up within two weeks. You only need to show the pick-up notice when picking up the item. After the order is placed, the package can generally be picked up on the next business day at the earliest.

If we find that the clothes need to be repaired or cleaned after receiving the order, there may be delays in shipment.

Macau & Taiwan Orders

SF Express will send all Macau orders. You can enjoy free shipping when you order over $800 within two weeks. The shipping date and cut-off time are the same as above.

Overseas Orders

Overseas orders will be sent by Hong Kong Post, and shipping charges will be calculated before shipping. You can choose to send the order directly or let us keep it on your behalf for one month, then send all your orders in once to save the shipping fee. If you need to ship overseas, please consult us before placing an order.
