Vintage and Second-Hand Items
Most of our products are vintage or second-hand clothes from Japan, Europe, the United States, and other places, not brand-new products. They have different degrees of signs of aging, such as stains or damage (defined as the size of more than 1cm), and we will describe it clearly on the product page. However, vintage clothes are not brand-new products after all, and it is inevitable that there will be a sense of use, such as slight decolorization, slight spots, etc. As we handle a huge number of clothes every day, we may not be able to show all the minor stains or damage in the product photos or descriptions.
If you find any obvious stains or damage that we have not explained after purchase, you can contact us within 3 days of receiving the product to request for exchange. To exchange a product, you need to send it back to us by SF Express or visit our physical store to return it. We do not provide a refund service. After receiving the product and confirming that its condition is the same as when it was shipped, we will send you store credit (no expiration date) to buy other clothes.

Brand-new Items
There are also a small number of brand-new products in our store, such as accessories, socks, etc. If you find any stains or damage after purchasing brand-new products, you can contact us to request an exchange within 3 days of receiving the product. The exchange method is the same as above. Socks cannot be returned or exchanged.

We do not accept the following reasons as reasons for replacement:
○ Color difference
The product photos may have slight color difference from the actual product due to the shooting environment and angle, lightings, and different monitors. We will try our best to minimize the differences, and all product colors are subject to the actual product.
○ Size unfit
All products in this store are measured by hand and are listed in detail on the product information page. Therefore, the reasons for the replacement of goods that do not fit or have a size error of less than ±1 inch are not accepted. Before buying, it is recommended to measure the size of the same type of clothing that you have for the best reference. If you have any questions about the size, please contact us before placing an order.
○ Listed defects
Our store will describe the obvious defects on the appearance of the product with photos and text. Please confirm that you can accept the listed defects before placing an order.
○ Insignificant flaws that do not affect wearing
Such as thread ends, small dirt, miscellaneous lines, unopened buttons, natural lines of leather products, folded wrinkles and indentations, etc., are not considered product damage.
○ Human factors
The washing and maintenance methods of the product will vary depending on the material, so the defect or damage caused by the wrong washing method will not be accepted as the reason for return or exchange.
